Our Agency comprises former criminal police officers from Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, active lawyers and high-class communications specialists. The experience and knowledge gathered when in service, is a guarantee of a proper, professional, fast and discreet completion of assigned tasks. While the whole team also comprises various specialists in economic crime, forensic technology, computer crime, IT and communications, and specialists in reconstruction of accidents. Moreover the Agency also employs people who are former law enforcement employees, thus experienced, reliable and honest, among them police officers who will take care of your case perfectly, fast and professionally.

 

Detective, as a job, under legal provisions, has not been regulated until 2001. The act which specifies rules for running a business activity in investigation services, rights and obligations of a Detective and rules for obtaining licenses to provide investigation services is Act of 6 July 2001 on investigation services (Journal of Laws of 15 February 2002) and Act of 20 April 2004 on amendment of Act on investigation services (Journal of Laws of 31 May 2004).

Each employee of the Detective Agency is proficient in matters regarding constitutional rights as laid down in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, and provisions regarding the Police, Internal Security Agency (ABW), Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW), Border Guard (SG), personal data protection, classified information protection, and in civil and criminal law (material and procedural), forensics, criminology and victimology, and forensic psychology, i.e. areas serving basis for their activity.

 

Our seat is located in Giżycko, however our activity is not limited to its immediate vicinity. We operate both in Poland, and abroad, in EU member states, in particular. We are in touch with many other detective agencies across Poland.
